Shipping Policy

 

Rhythm of Three

offers Free Standard Shipping on your purchase(s) as a token of my appreciation for you as my customer.
Currently, I do not offer shipping outside of the US.

Fulfilment and Ship times


Please allow 3-5 Business Days for order processing. This does not include weekends and Holidays. Holiday processing times will be longer. I will be updating time frames for the Holidays. I provide a return shipping label with every order for your convenience however you must fill out a Return Request form which will be located in the footer at the bottom of every page.
My product will be packed in bubble wrap and placed in shock absorbent envelopes for better padded protection against shipping damage. In some cases, the item will be placed inside of a gift box or velvet drawstring sack yet still securely wrapped with bubble wrap inside the box or sack.
Product will then be mailed via USPS/UPS. An e-mail will then be sent to you with tracking information and another when your package has arrived at your doorstep or mailbox.
For orders totaling $250 or more, a signature will be required upon delivery.

 

Refund & Exchange Policy

 

Satisfaction Promise


I guarantee my work. If your jewelry should break within the first 3 months, I will repair or replace it, free of charge. Click on the 'Contact Me' Button at the bottom of the page so that you can send me an email. Please include your name, phone number and, order number along with the date you purchased the item and a brief explanation of how the item(s) need repairing or exchange. You can also call me directly using the number at the bottom of the page, with the same, information. My hours of operation are Mon-Fri from 8am-5pm & Sat 8am-Noon we will be closed on Sundays. Please leave me a message if you are contacting me outside of business hours.

 

Return for Refund Policy

Requests must be submitted within 20 days of receiving your item(s). You must submit a Return for Refund Request Form. You can find the Returns & Refund Request Forms at the bottom of the page, click on the link and choose the 'Returns for Refund' Request Form. All the information needs to be filled out completely and correctly or it will be deemed an incomplete request and automatically be denied. Upon approval, you (the customer), will need to attach the pre-paid return shipping label to the item being returned and send it back, through the same carrier in which you received your package. Refunds shall be given at the sole discretion of Rhythm of Three. If any amount, whether it be a full refund or partial refund is granted, that amount will be refunded as a Store Credit only and will not be issued until the product associated with the refund has been returned to Rhythm of Three

 

Request For Exchange Process


If you are not happy with the item you ordered, I will be happy to exchange it. The item needs to be returned in its original packaging (i.e. company packaging) and needs to be in a state of unused condition. You have 20 days from the day your package was delivered to submit a Return for Exchange Request Form located at the bottom of the webpage. Click the Returns & Refunds Request Forms Button. You will need to choose the 'Return for Exchange" option. Please allow up to five (5) business days for your request to be processed. Make sure you include the item you would like in exchange when filling out your request form. If the item you would like to get in exchange is less than the amount of the item you are returning, you will be issued an In-Store Credit for the difference. If the amount is higher, you will be charged the difference. You (the customer) will need to attach the pre-paid return shipping label to the item being returned and send it back, through the same carrier in which you received your package. The new item will not ship until I have received the return item. Please Note that the five (5) day wait refers to business days, it does not include weekends or Holidays. Wait times during Holidays are subject to increase.

 

Exchange Process "Damaged in Shipping"


You have 20 days to submit a Returns Request Form making sure that "Shipping Damage" is the reason for your request. You can find the Returns & Refunds Request Forms at the bottom of the page. Click on the button and choose the 'Returns Request Form. All information needs to be filled out completely and correctly or it will be deemed as an incomplete request and will be automatically denied. There will be up to a five (5) day wait period to process your request. Once approved, I will contact you via email, so please make sure that you have entered the correct email and that all the information is filled out correctly and completely. You will need to attach the pre-paid return shipping label to the item being returned and send it back, through the same carrier in which you received your package. When I receive the damaged item, it may take up to five (5) days for the replacement item to be processed and shipped. I will notify you via email when your new or repaired item has been shipped. Please Note that the five (5) day wait refers to business days and does not include weekends or Holidays. Wait times during Holidays are subject to an increased wait period.

​​Refund Requests for Non-Delivery Claims Policy:

If you have been notified that your package has been shipped/delivered but you have not received it, please click the "Contact Me" button at the bottom of the website, click it and give me a call directly. We can try and figure it out together.

Please make every effort to contact me by phone as soon as you think your package has not been delivered to you in a timely manner. If you have a non-delivery claim, you must Submit a - Refund Request for Non-Delivery - Form. I will make every effort to track down and locate the package. I use a courier for shipping that uses tracking numbers. If we determine that the package was delivered and there is proof of delivery and the address used on the order matches the address the package was delivered to, your request for a refund for non-delivery will be denied and no amount of refund will be given. If in fact the package was shipped and is unable to be tracked down, a partial refund may be given less the Shipping costs incurred by Rhythm of Three. However, the decision for a refund and the amount given will be at the sole discretion of Rhythm of Three and will be determined on a case-by-case basis.
